The Seaholm District is a name used to describe the condos, shops, restaurants, and amenities surrounding the former Seaholm Power Plant. This plant, which was constructed in the 50s is now home to one Austin’s most vibrant urban centers that prioritizes neighborhood usability and convenience.

Designed by Charlie Rose Architects, the Seaholm Power Plant Offices feature several private office spaces for individual companies anchored by a large space, called Turbine Hall, that will allow for open desk space and collaboration.
