We figured this would be a good place to have a short Q&A with a Seaholm resident so that potential buyers can get an idea of what it’s like to actually live in Seaholm. How long have you lived at Seaholm?
Since September 2016.
What initially drew you to the Seaholm Residences? Lifestyle, design, affordability?
The cool Seaholm design and the close proximity to all the activities Austin has to offer: Seaholm District, Austin Nightlife, Moody Austin City Limits, Town Lake Trail and Zilker Park are our favorites to name a few.
What are some of your favorite activities to do in the Seaholm district?
Music, food and hanging out on the amenity level. Downton is just steps away and we can even watch the July 4th fireworks right of four balcony and pool deck.
What is your ideal day at Seaholm like?
Not sure what to put here…work early in the day, exploring Austin at night and the weekends! We can walk to just about anything!
In terms of amenities the residences offer, what would you say you take advantage of the most?
Definitely the amenity deck on the 10th floor that has an awesome gym, pool grilling area and lounge. We are not pet owners but they have a fanatic dog park and wash station as well.
How are the views at Seaholm?
Unreal. We are east facing and can see all the way down town lake form Parmer events center to I35, at night many of the buildings are lit up.
What is your single favorite aspect of living in the Seaholm Residences in Downtown Austin?
The people (owners and staff) are great…they are all downtown as they love the downtown vibe, it is a lifestyle for us all.
